No that's incorrect, they got a slap on the wrist with a misdemeanor for furnishing alcohol to a minor, basically nothing but you get fined $1000, no jail time, nothing serious.

If you actually read the article they got misdemeanors in short, they got 0 trouble basically no jailtime
