is it better to rush in the fall or winter?

I didn't have a chance to check out all of the frats that I wanted to this time but I would like to. Should I just wait until winter. I'm a transfer btw.

its only been half of one week lol, just go next week. fall is way more lit, and if you join now you get to see winter from the other side

100000% fall. I would probably even suggest Fall ‘20 before I suggest Winter/Spring ‘20 lmao
