frats (in no specific order):
top tier: ksig, phi psi, sigma pi, pike
middle: sigep, sigma chi, phi delt, fiji
bottom: triangle, delta sig, beta, zbt, etc
sororitys (in no specific order):
top: aphi, dg, tridelt
middle: theta, axo, pi phi
bottom: gphi

Explanation: Tridelt has too much hype they've been getting consistently bad classes over time. Theta also is getting uglier so its not going to well for those two. Pi Phi is getting cuter and Gphi is just Gphi and is starting to look like 2015 SK.
