by: StopI'm seeing posts about the person who died yet there are people on this site who are bashing on another fraternity over this death. This is disgusting, a shrinking/damaged greeklife is the last thing ANY fraternity or sorority needs. Show some god damn empathy and stop making this about yourself. If someone passed away, let them rest in peace and not make it about trying to fill your own agenda by bashing another fraternity. Whoever is making these posts bashing SAE (you obviously could care less about the person who died from alcohol intoxication) has a poisoned mind and needs to leave the topic alone.

Exactly the same thing that happen with Beta @ PSU and they are gone forever. Obviously, SAE didn't care about their brother(s), just the dues for more liquor.

And the reason it’s an issue is because each frat has risk. Every party should have a minimum of 4 bro’s for risk. It is completely negligent to allow someone to die from alcohol poisoning. It’s not like alcohol poisoning is sudden. Throughout the night risk should have seen him drinking excessively and displaying obvious signs of alcohol poisoning. This is why we have alcohol awareness meetings every quarter.
SAE is trying to distance themselves from this incident and the family for selfish reasons.. and it’s to protect themselves.

The investigation into the death will reveal the truth. It always does. SAE......You better have very good lawyers, you are going to need them.

I hope the family seeks justice. The money they receive will still pale in comparison to losing a child. But justice and a check is a start

The reason why everyone is bashing SAE is because the death of their own brother could have EASILY been preventable if they checked up on him. Who doesn’t check up on their friends at a party? That’s standard. And now they’re doing “damage control” by deleting the deceased’s parent’s comment on their IG to please keep his pictures up. Smh. They’re messing up all across the board
