rather than not having the school or the fraternity even acknowledge his NAME, we should bring awareness to it. SAE deleted a comment on their instagram post from the kid's own family. We shouldnt be left in the dark, this was a person. OUR PEER, our ROOMMATE. etc. We shouldn't treat his life as if it weren't nothing.

SAE showing that their image is more important than a persons (and a fellow brothers) life. As someone in Greek life this is embarrassing.

The family basically said to not delete the photo. It is one of the last photos he had and that he looked so happy with his brothers and sisters.
And SAE deleted it. Despicable.

What goes around, comes around. SAE will get their in the end. Remember what happen to Beta at Penn State? Mommy and daddy better have good lawyers. They are going to need it.

the family simply acknowledged their "beautiful son Noah" and said great things about him being with his brothers and asked that the picture remains on the page. checked again later, comment gone.

I think the entire greek community should use this time to address what happened. Rather than focusing on how this reflects on greek life in general, we should focus on how we can in the future prevent something like this from happening. What steps need to be taken? How should risk at parties function? Safety should be a priority.

We say this every time someone dies that is/was Greek related and it still continues to happen across the Country. 2017 was one of the worst years and the #1 for Greek related deaths since the 1970's. The bottom line is that this generation simply does not understand, not using basic common sense or they don't care. It's all about image, the best parties and the most liquor. VERY SAD.
