zbt is coming to campus??? new ifc fraternity

heard some girls getting follow notifications that UCI ZBT is following them on insta. Any thoughts???

Delta tau delta tried to start up here not too long ago and failed spectacularly

I would welcome another well known fraternity on our campus. But the problem is there isn’t enough interest in Greek life for ZBT (or any other fraternity besides maybe TKE or LXA) to flourish. UCI will not add more Frat houses either to generate interest. And ZBT would likely be competing with AEPi. AEPi has been here quite a while and it is still difficult for them to grow. ZBT would be a very niche fraternity here and I’m not optimistic it would succeed like ZBT did at UCSB.
