rushing as transfer

do a lot of transfers rush? are they looked down upon at all during the recruitment process? also tips on getting a bid from the house i want

Some houses have a specific number of freshmans transfers etc they can take but its not looked down upon bc my rc group when I rushed had like 4 transfers and they all got their 1st or 2nd choice house!
