pike parties?

I keep hearing a lot about PIKE but do they even party..? Ive never heard of one except for like utc lol but i mean like real parties, do they actually have any?

Idk what happened. They used to throw a lot in Newport back in the day but now that's a rare occasion. Idk why either because I think they have a few houses out there.

It's really hard to party in newport when the neighbors are tryna ruin your life and get you evicted everytime you make a noise above 10 decibels
