No house, barely any bros, no representation on IFC, and bros with no motivation to better the chapter. I’d say they’re pretty much done for after this year ends.

i agree with what someone said about arrogance and superficial values. thats what kills a chapter instead of making it grow. i see sigep going the same way, careful. stay humble and dont let popularity get to you

He wasn't talking about sigeps financial situation. He was commenting on sigeps arrogance. In essence, they're a top mid house trying to have a top house mentality. I get it, they're trying really hard and selling out to rise but the frat has to be careful. Changing the identity of the frat so rapidly can cause DAs/internal fractures/cliques. A couple years ago sigep had like 40-50 members and were known for brotherhood. At the end of this year they will be at like 90-95. Obviously brotherhood can't be as tight so what will be their new selling point?

^ Not sure where you got those numbers from, last I checked they had 50-60 bros and 15 pledges lol. Pike has 30 something pledges and like 70-80 actives. dont see sigep moving up anytime soon

they have fun parties and aren't broke and can afford to rage often? I doubt SigEps give two shts about a greekrank analysis of their chapter. Don't see them moving down anytime soon, solid middle/top middle fraternity.

Seems like SAE is having a tough time across the country with all of those chapters getting shut down. Is it a problem with the national leadership? They need to quit riding their rep and get in front of all their quality and risk management issues.
