advice on rushing?

Honestly just be yourself. Sounds cliche but it's true. You don't want to put up a front and lie about who you are, you should want to actually find who you click with the best.

If a fraternity likes you and thinks you'll fit in then you'll get a bid.

you’ll know if you like them. dont worry about first impressions aside from talking to as many people as you can. if you dont feel the vibe move on, theres a fit for everyone

Go around ring road and talk to everybody. This is the first opportunity to get a vibe from the frat. Are they immediately being vague and distant? Are they being inclusive, interested in you/asking questions, bringing over other bros to talk to you?

From there narrows it down to 2 frats. Go to frat x on Monday and y on Tuesday. On Wednesday go the frat you liked more. Come Thursday if you don't like the frat you went to on Wednesday go back to the other to see if you like that one more. If you like the Wednesday frat go on Thursday and get a bid.
