It seems like people are stuck in the past. Who are the real top houses now?

Phi Psi does indeed have a house, it's just not located in AV. The houses in AV are a far cry from a true fraternity house. It's actually pretty embarrassing and I wouldn't be bragging about that, Ksig.

anyone can rent a house and call it a "PhiPsi house" but lol they seriously shouldn't be bragging that they aren't in AV with the other frats...it makes them out of touch with all of greek life and just some random house (without a house) that thinks they're top..
