I don't want to be in an "easy" or "sloppy" chapter and I want a good sisterhood and have girls who are fun. Which chapter is the most like this?

honestly i wouldnt use these rankings as a reliable source. its best to just meet the girls and see which you fit in best with. it doesnt matter what other people think as long as youre happy with whatever chapter you pick
