Sigma Pi is not a middle tier, tri Delt isn't top no matter how hard they "Tri", and AXO made up for 2014 along with Aphi. AXO and Theta are about tied (theta pulling slightly ahead). Also as someone who's been an RC, you note that most people's last houses are DG/Aphi Tri Delt/Gphi AXO/Theta Pi Phi/SK. It's not good or bad, just is.
