brotherhood
by: HmSomeone explain to me how a fraternity can have brotherhood without a house? So sororities have a house and it's a place you can meet, have rush, and overall become closer with your sisters. I don't see how having a bunch of VDC, Camino, and Newport homes can equate to brotherhood? Where do y'all even meet for meeting? Student Center lol? I've heard nutlike Pikes, Phi Psi's, and Sigma Pis tell me they wish they had a house. Potential rushees, don't rush a fraternity, if you could even call one that without a house, where you have no brotherhood or even means of a place to have rush or meeting.

I'd rather party in newport or costa mesa than at AV because it's hot and disgusting just like VDC. The only perk of having an AV house (for guys) is that you're closer to the sororities, but that doesn't matter much anyways considering Sigma Pi, Pike and Phi Psi have great relations even without having an AV house (surprisingly).

How can they even be considered fraternity houses when there's RA's and they follow every rule that Mesa and Middle earth follow. They're glamorized dorms. At least pikes, phi psis, and sig pis make the effort to hangout rather than just walking down to the living room lol
