The rankings a few years ago were drastically different

As you can see a lot has changed since then. But at the same time, ranks should be consistently changing to reflect progress in chapters. They can't always stay the same.

Sigma pi (won chancellors cup, Greek man of the year, sports trophy, had more guys like Ben Hart)
