As a graduating senior I say this is pretty much accurate too. KSig used to be way better back in the day, and Phi Psi was creepy af, but now Phi Psi guys are attractive and comfortable to be around. KSig guys are way too aggressive and arrogant and that makes girls uncomfortable around them and no one wants to be known as the creepy frat.

Phi Psi is a top house if there was one. They are attractive and all, but more than that, they're fun. It's not the same old same old with them... we always have seriously fun exchanges, and they go hard for all the philanthropies.

I agree with all you said above but there are three tiers. None of this bs "upper mid" stuff. Gphi, you are middle. Embrace it, or do something about it. Don't go on here trying to rise up, it's not going to work.

This is a Phi Psi self-rank. If any new ant eaters are reading this: Stay away from Phi Psi. They are the scum of the Greek community. Almost got kicked off Campus for hazing. Lost their house and rarely even host events still. It's a chapter on its last legs riding what remains of an old rep.

Anyone coming into the next fall rush, this is the most accurate ranking on this website. (Maybe SAE is lower, depending on the housing situation).
