I'm a Phi Psi and yes cabo does have to do with our Nationals. Our Alumni owns a lot of property in Cabo and our nationals allows Phi Psi chapters from across the country to come for a leadership conference/vacation for practically free. So if we were in trouble with nationals none of our members would be allowed to come.

People shouldn't listen to these BS rumors on greek rank. Not only for us, but for all fraternities. Any rumor about any fraternity on here should definitely be taken with a grain of salt. It seems like someone is just trying to spread rumors about several frats (SAE losing house post is probably false as well).
