If they are so nice then why are they bashing Tridelt and Gphi so much? Yes they are self-ranks, we already caught two slipping and admitting in their posts. Also, lol, you put them as mid tier but they've been claiming to be top house, so even you agree they are middle tier. Haha.

I agree with this alpha phi about their middle girls (not the oldest girls or the younger girls, the 2nd/3rd years), those girls are fine and seem to have it together. It's probably their new freshman that are obsessed with the competition which is a shame, but they're still new lol and most new girls in their sororities are doing the same thing, let's not forget that tridelt and Gphi are bashing theta as well so it's not like they're victims or something, clearly outside of this website things are different so I wouldn't care too much

I've met some really chill thetas...there are some that aren't so cool but you find that in every chapter. in my three years here i would say they're the most down to earth and genuine girls. also beautiful, a lot of hoot hapas.

I really don't think they're that hot. And they don't hang out with top frats. I thought they were multi cultural when I first saw them as a freshman. My bros and I never really chill with theta because they're more work than worth

Definitely have some nice Thetas, but some of them are a bit rude and ratchet. Sadly, lots of their great girls graduated, and while they are still a good chapter, they have been slipping a bit. Also, I noticed there are some Thetas who most likely are the ones posting some rude comments towards other chapters because they are afraid of change. Regardless, still a good chapter and of course have potential.

Nice, fun girls to be around. They definitely have some hotties. One thing they really need to work on is their classiness. Otherwise, they are a great house.

I think Theta and Gphi should be top tier! I didn't get called back by either, but they were some of the most beautiful girls I've seen on campus. I still wanna be friends with all of them <3 Piphilove

I'm an alpha phi and one of my best friends is in theta. They go to a lot of the same parties and events I go to and I always see them having fun with their sisters. Sure they have some unclassy girls/not so good looking girls but they seem to be a good sisterhood and for the most part, a lot of them are pretty involved outside of greek life too. It sucks to see my best friend's chapter get hated on so much, but most of these comments are lies... Theres a lot of thetas I love
