Alpha Phi is the most successful in recruitment every quarter for a reason! Your attempt to belittle the chapter on an online forum isn't going to help your cause. Why don't you apply all your negative energy into something productive? Maybe if you keep on worrying so much about Alpha Phi, you will learn a thing or two about what it's like to be in a leading chapter on campus.

Where are you coming up with that "rentention" information? It couldn't be more false. Alpha Phi is the most successful in recruitment every quarter for a reason!
