Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.3 Mid tier house. They party with tridelts and some aphis.... Theyre alright. Def higher than most the houses ranked above them tho. Try too hard to be douchey....and they bid a lot of scrubs. They did work this year for rush. Props to them. Id place them roughly where sig ep is and sig ep should be where sig pi is.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 2.8 great looking group, overly douschy attitude. the younger ones definitely have potential if they can avoid being polluted by the older guys. another one of those that could be great if they shape up. middle tier for now, but still pull the babes as a top house.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.0 Throws good parties, but guys are kind of jerks and creepers. The past two fall pledge classes produced quality guys, but they have to take over for this fraternity to go the right direction. Potential, but nothing's gonna happen if they continue giving off a douchey vibe.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 1.5 surprisingly popular house with a surprisingly terrible attitude. some very good looking guys, however, the feel each of them seems to give off is drenched in a being a jerk...to everyone...even the girls. odd house that could actually be something if they tried the right way.
