They don't have many big events and their parties are mediocre. These guys are definitely fading and dropping. Sorry boys!

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 5.0 ΣΑΕ at UCI is definitely top house. These guys are some of the most genuine, sweet, respectable, and down to earth people you will ever meet. They have THE tightest brotherhood ever. The gentlemen of ΣΑΕ value high ideals and respect themselves and others around them. I have been very lucky to get so close to them this year. ΣΑΕ is filled with a diverse group of men who all bring valuable assets to the chapter. Keep up the good work boys! Phi Alpha! :)

ΣΑΕ at UCI is definitely top house. These guys are some of the most genuine, sweet, respectable, and down to earth people you will ever meet. They have THE tightest brotherhood ever.
