Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 1.2 Seen a few suspect videos of them on Snapchat stories frequently groping and getting way to close to each other. The president or ex president or that anchorman goob is a total cuck. Didn’t even understand what it meant when I called him a capper. Also I’ve notices consist feminine builds on them. Never once seen them at the arc gym oddly enough . Taking into consideration a goober president and their willingness to allow someone to record and post their suspect actions on their story leaves me to conclude that they are a bottom tier sorority at tops.
