For top house you would think these guys could work on their appearance. All other fraternities have dressed to impress and I honestly couldn't rake these guys seriously.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.4 They mainly hang out with Alpha Phi's, Tri delts, and DG's. Enough said dude, these guys are undisputedly top house. All the other frats need to get over that
