This is the engineering fraternity at UCI so you will run into a lot of nice and smart guys, as well as intellectual douchebags. I don't see them representing themselves that much on campus, but can assume that they do have good camaraderie withing the fraternity

definitely don't deserve to be top house. and so far each pledge class has gotten worse. but some of the older guys are hot!

true they have some creepy guys. but there is quite a few of them who are really fun to hang out with! and last years pledge class is pretty cute

have a lot of athletes in this frat. and one of the hottest ones on campus. they have really good dancers and are generally fun guys. but they aren't very involved on campus outside the social aspect.

once again one of the hottest frats on campus. for some reason have a bad rep with some of the sororities, but can't argue they're one of the top houses on campus. not super involved at all, but they know how to have a good time

honestly only a handful of guys who are attractive.. really sweet and nice guys and very involved, but maybe more the husband type minus the looks. hit them up in about 5 years!

definitely agree some of the girls from the pledge class aren't exactly quality material, the overall chapter is HOT. they are definitely top 3 and know how to party. from the looks of it they are very involved and have been bonding with all the fraternities

they do have some really pretty girls in the chapter, and are fun to hangout with. but some of them are just odd people. probably 4th right behind dg/tridelt/theta

smart girls.. at a price, not very social and the ones that are= awkward. but they are one of the most involved and are very nice

I think what 'grounded' is trying to say is that Beta is a small house (although they don't have a lot of macho meatheads either). Not the hottest bunch, but they're a really good group of guys and are fun if you get to know them!
