i don't see these guys repping around campus besides during rush week. they have a house on campus too which is why it surprises me. they seem like a nice group of guys though, but kind of an odd bunch. not very good at sports unfortunately. upper bottom tier house

Not top house, understand that. Upper middle tier. Only a handful of guys that are fratty (or try to be), a good amount of down to earth bros that know how to have fun, and you have the pack of awkward ass kids that should be kicked out. Parties are pretty good but need some work. Average in terms of sports. They need to fix this if they ever want to be "up there"

Their reputation on campus is not a very good one. They're a newer chapter, so they have to accept everyone to get numbers.

Really involved, about it. Lack cool guys who can pull. Shahan , jags, zeds, and smiley are their only chill guys. Rest are nice fellas, but def awkward kids. I wouldnt be worried about them swooping on your girl.

Odd chapter. Have an anchorman and are good at sports. Pi kappa anyone holds true as theyll bid you within 30 min of talking to you. Upper mid with snu and sig pi, and sae. Guys who are involved are cool. Kinda hard to think theyre cool when their chapter has so many goobers tho. Basically this is what holds them back.

agree with "truth". numbers adds to presence which is hit or miss. many, many strange guys. a few really top shelf ones. they are good at sports and there is a range of members. few years and we'll see. right now, i'd say good mid tier house that can go either way, up or down.

they're not fratty and they know it so they make up for it with classiness and brains. they're pretty involved for their small numbers but more on the unattractive side. maybe they can work there way up if they get a house or something. not sure where to place them but somewhere between upper bottom tier or lower middle tier.
