keepin' things in perspective, sigma nu has become a solid group of guys that is definitely making some waves. probably upper middle tier. definitely not top house, but could be in the near future.

another one of those to watch. makin' some big improvements, gettin' out there a lot. still not one of the top houses, but if they keep going as they have, could be in the future. just keep workin' on quality control. still, upper mid tier for now.

decent mid tier, maybe even upper mid tier house, but definitely has the potential to rise fast. big numbers, but too many questionable guys. fix the quality control and can quickly get to being top house.

really nice group of guys, but still a lower end tier house. agree with other posts. very classy and carry themselves with intelligence, but still need a lot of work. at the same time, they seem to not really care about the rank thing, so whatever works for them.

one of these sadly declining houses that are in that period of bouncing back up or falling further. still a strong upper mid tier house, but used to be one of the top houses. time will tell. parties are still a blast though.

small house, very tight group, and selective in what they do. strong group of guys over all that do whatever they want whenever they want. kind of cool in that rebel, dont care kind what others think kind of way.

great looking group, overly douschy attitude. the younger ones definitely have potential if they can avoid being polluted by the older guys. another one of those that could be great if they shape up. middle tier for now, but still pull the babes as a top house.
