Some background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, not in the Greek Sys, ranking each frat as I see it. Hear about these guys a lot. Never went to one of their parties, but seem like a nice bunch of guys.

Background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, ranking all these frats on how I see them. SAE definitely went down a bit to where they are now, but still a cool bunch of guys. I'm sure they'll bounce back once they figure out their house issues. Regardless, they throw fun parties and seem to have a good rep overall. Fairly chill.

Background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, ranking each frat. Sigma Pi is one of those hot guy frats, and every bro of that frat knows it. LOL. They throw good parties and always have some of the hottest girls there. Not very friendly to non Sigma Pi people, but once you get past that, they are tolerable. I think they try to throw off this exclusive attitude, but it just kind of back fires and makes guys not want to join when they have rushing. Regardless, they seem like an upper frat like Kappa Sigma.

Some background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, not in the Greek Sys, ranking some of these frats for fun. Pikes are everywhere. Feel like a top house but I hear they're not. Whatever. This frat throws some really good parties. I never have a problem attending so thats a good thing for me. LOL.
