beta has made some improvements, and while those have been notable, they are presently a lower tier fraternity, but with strong potential to make it in the middle tier rankings. at this rate, it will not be long.

a mid to upper mid tier house that could go either way. solid presence and does well in sports. parties range from good to very good, but can be great in time. quality varies, however, there is drive, which leads me to believe they could break past that mid tier ranking sooner than not. definitely a house to watch.

selective fraternity that does well for what they choose to do. a bit eclectic however, maintains a solid presence. difficult to rank them as they seem to not care, which is one of their attractive qualities...sort of this rebel without a cause kind of thing. good group for what they are. very independent.

Probably could learn a thing or two from Sigma Chi and Aepi about structure and campus/greek life involvement. Overall has some of the most solid members and easily ranks in the top 3 or so fraternities on campus.

They are a sick buncha guys. Great parties, solid at sports, and wins most of sorority competitions. If they continue to rush hard come next year they could really be number 1. As of now I would rank them right below Ksig and Phi Psi.

this is another house to watch, as they are making notable improvements. parties are generally solid, and their presence is increasing. every pledge class has been an outward increase of quality. presently a mid to upper mid tier house.
