seriously, everyone who is saying they are top house on here obviously doesn't go to UCI or is being rude. They are bottom house, everyone in Greek life knows that. They don't seem to even care in recruitment or in going out. Yea they are nice, but that doesn't get you far. Kappa is not good at Uci, sorry.

Tri Delta is a top house at UCI, with aphi and dg. Great sisterhood and can rage, last longest at parties. Well represented at every fraternity event. Hot girls, some ok tho. Had ups and downs, but is going up. really cool and chill girls. but have shy ones too.

very good at sports, right up there with SAE. parties are pretty fun, they kinda lack in terms of participating in other greek events but they have a lot of fun guys and are always down to rage. solid house, definitely upper middle tier/almost top house potential. give them a couple more years and they'll easily be a top house contender.

Yea they are nice, but middle tier at best. They are boring and don't go out. They win awards because they are boring and have nothing else to show for themselves at Recruitment. Have pretty girls. But not so social. If you don't get the top houses at rush, you pretty much are left with pi phi.
