haters are jealous that sigma pi is a top 3 frat. They definitely pull hot girls, pull the biggest parties, and solid at sports. They also did work with rush this year and are continuing to grow. Watch out for them to take that number 1 spot next year.

Tri Delta has the strongest sisterhood, best philanthropy, and the best relations with other people in the Greek community. Yes, not all of them are hot or can rage the whole night, but what do you expect with more than 100 girls in the chapter? There's bound to be some diversity. Overall, they are veerryyyy attractive and super down to earth. The perfect combination!

wow alll the haters are the ones that are jealous. Please every1 knows these guys are top 3 at least. Theyve done work with rush and are gonna rise even farther next year. They throw great parties, pull hot girls, and are solid at sports. Plus their chapter size is only increasing. If thats not an uppertier house then i dont know what is.
