Get to know these guys before you judge them. Nice and down-to-earth chill guys! Not douchey like many of the other guys in certain chapters. They rushed really well this year too. Good looking too :)

Let me put this in layman's terms for those who do not understand how a house is ranked as 'top tier.' The house which recieves the most bids is considered 'top house,' which has been the case for Alpha Phi for four consecutive years. Looks and aesthetics aside, (which is a no brainer, they have some of the hottest girls at UCI) they also have a tight sisterhood and rock their philanthropy. Over 50k raised in a single event? There's no refuting that Alpha Phi is top house. Check your facts, guys
