Let me put this in layman's terms for those who do not understand how a house is ranked as 'top tier.' The house which recieves the most bids is considered 'top house,' which has been the case for Alpha Phi for four consecutive years. Looks and aesthetics aside, (which is a no brainer, they have some of the hottest girls at UCI) they also have a tight sisterhood and rock their philanthropy. Over 50k raised in a single event? There's no refuting that Alpha Phi is top house. Check your facts, guys

These guys are new and are only getting better. Parties are alright, but brotherhood is strong. Filled with real guys who are involved and actually care like placing in every sorority philanthropy

no one actaully likes them, they just enjoy the free alcohol and the parties. they get used but hey they dont care as long as girls get drunk enough to be taken advantage of.
