Half their chapter is LEGIT. The other half is full of goobs. They're top 3 in most sports ( at least the ones that count ) Get rid of the losers and you have a top house. A lot of their COOL seniors graduated which really hurt them this year. Fortunately they pulled together a solid pledge class. I'd say they're pretty fratty and that hurts their reputation a lot. Stay classy and tell the other half of your chapter to start hitting the gym. Then you have a legit shot at being a top house.

From a year ago to where they are at now, Phi Delt has made a name for themselves. There parties are crazy, they don't get killed in every sport like some frats actually did well in winter, and actually tries in everything like philanthropies. Strongest thing they have is their brotherhood, which is what a fraternity is all about.
