Though alot of these rating's are obviously self-made, I do admire Phi Delt's commitment towards improvement. You guys are still farrr off from the mid-top house and it may take years to achieve a higher ranking, but you definitely have put forth alot of effort into starting this fraternity. Good brotherhood, not great social-wise. To any phi delt that has turned douchey since crossing tho, just no. Stop it. Wait for your house to have a solid reputation before thinking you're all that.

Overall, these guys are a pretty decent frat. Coming from a pike. Honestly, we admire your character and the determination you have put forth in making a presence on this campus. I definitely consider us pretty good rivals

These guys are ALL gentlemen. Can't honestly say that about any other fraternity I have hung out with. Sure, there might be a few guys who have let being in a fraternity get to their egos and became douchebags. But let's be real, 98% of them are the nicest guys ever. You can tell their brotherhood is very strong from how involved they are in campus and how much support they have for each other. Parties never get shut down and go well into the night!
