this won't be 100% honest because I couldn't even rate them as not hot.... but there's no way that they purposely act awkward because they naturally just are. during recruitment I spoke to an exec member who seemed totally disinterested and awkward and I feel as exec, you need to step it up when it comes to recruitment. every conversation I had was beyond painful to sit through and there was no connection whatsoever but I kept getting called back unfortunately

These dudes are pretty dope. I was just hanging out with them at the student center and all of a sudden they whole gang just rolled through. I just wanna say that I'm proud I know some phi delts at the school. Most seem really successful in what they are doing and they know how to talk to girls. I would say only a few socially awkward guys but that goes with every frat. Pretty cool guys. Definitely not at the top yet, but I can see them there in a few years from now.
