How exactly do snap bids/COB work and which sororities are most likely to give them out?

If thats the same as spring rush, it just depends on the year! Basically you have a higher chance of getting a snap bid than one through recruietement

For Pan, ADPi, Chi O, and Alpha Gam all gave out snap bids this year. Chi O and Alpha Gam did Spring Recruitment. Informal recruitment is a lot more chill and has less rules

Phi Mu gave out a few snap bids fall 18. Alpha Gam and Chi O usually do spring recruitment
