From a member’s point of view, Phi Mu ladies are absolutely a fantastic group of women! They are so kind to everyone and and strive to create a great sisterhood within the chapter.

Ilove this chapter! Phi Mu was a top runner from the first night of recruitment. I had great conversations with girls who I could tell genuinely loved their chapter. All of the sororities on campus are great and you will find your place wherever you go, but Phi Mu really became a rock in my transition to Mercer. My sisters have continued to make me feel welcomed and at home. They encourage me to reach out to sisters from other chapters and pursue relationships with girls that aren’t in our sorority. Sorority life is what you make it to be. There will always be good and bad everywhere you go, just make the most of it. If you go in with the mindset that you are going to put up walls to girls on the outside, then you are going to set yourself up for a cliquey sisterhood. As with anything you do, go in with an open heart and mind, seek to love girls inside and outside of greek life, and find your niche. You can’t go wrong!

Very selfish group of girls, as demonstrated recently by them having events in the middle of a pandemic and brushing off the n word scandal as “not a big deal” to those offended. They seem to have zero sisterhood. I’m always hearing sisters talk trash about each other and all the drama

all I have to say is that they’re called shadypi for a reason. I’ve heard a lot of things about these girls about recruitment and it’s terrible. the older sisters are really who make this chapter great and the currently pledge class/sisters are changing making them go to more of that shadypi business

At first I thought they were a cool group of guys. Then I quickly learned that they’re really judgmental of girls and will blackball them for no reason. Their brotherhood is strong from what I know of. But overall they’re terrible with girls. They don’t have the best parties and keep to themselves. There was one good kappa sig that I know of but I think he went back to his home country so they’re at a loss. Overall they just like to hang out with themselves and bash on girls

Lots of awkward guys, but somehow fake and pretentious at the same time. Definitely going downhill a lot. I used to love them but they’ve changed and started alienating sororities. Most of the women they affiliate with now are weird, rude geeds. They need a new warden and to stop sweethearting weird girls. Girls literally just use their parties to pregame other frats now

Snobby and stuck up. My friend got sucked into thinking she wanted to join because of their looks and clout. Hates it and is thinking of transferring. They’re all really mean to her, forced alcohol on her, and tell her what to wear and who to hang out with. Most of these girls think way more of themselves than any one else ever could.

good group of girls. definitely fun and life of the party. really studious. super involved. very committed to each other. makes me rethink my rush decision of not joining. not your typical sorority, but in the best way possible.
