pi kappa phi surrenders charter

I was just informed by the Greek Life Leadership that Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity has voluntarily surrendered their charter.

I can agree with not having fraternities like that on campus. The Problem with having greek life on campus is that it creates a higher crime rate and a lot of the fraternities can create crime and do some things illegal. Lets say that if you do not have greek life on a college campus that there would be less crime happening.
