As a fourth year about to graduate this is the definitive honest list from what i can tell

"Top": pike, sig chi, zete, tx
"Middle": BBQ (only cause not a frat right now), sig nu
"Bottom": theta chi, chi phi (getting worse tbh), aepi

Honestly fine if you rush any of these though if you find it a good fit, avoid pikapp, delta chi, sammies, agr, nak, beta, etc. No exhanges, no events, and no brothers

they're really cool. i know a few of them personally and they're not the top frat but they've been growing. not a lot of party but their house is top. really big and clean inside. coming from a girl by the way lol
