Also pike is on the decline because they are starting to have a numbers problem.

As a fourth year about to graduate this is the definitive honest list from what i can tell
"Top": pike, sig chi, zete, tx
"Middle": BBQ (only cause not a frat right now), sig nu
"Bottom": theta chi, chi phi (getting worse tbh), aepi
Honestly fine if you rush any of these though if you find it a good fit, avoid pikapp, delta chi, sammies, agr, nak, beta, etc. No exhanges, no events, and no brothers

they're across from central park. we had an exchange with them and they've been growing a lot recently

they're really cool. i know a few of them personally and they're not the top frat but they've been growing. not a lot of party but their house is top. really big and clean inside. coming from a girl by the way lol
