returning junior
by: QuestionHi there! I saw a post from another returning junior asking how hard it is to rush in fall, but I was wondering if you had friends in houses if that carried any weight, and also if you had any recommendation letters from girls in that chapter how much those help or not?

no to both. we don't do letters of rec (only schools REALLY big on greek life do, and davis is extremely chill/mediocre lol), and the # of friends in any house doesn't help. when i went thru rush, one of the girls in my group kept saying she knew lots of the members of the house she wanted (her older sister was a member), thought her first day went well, got dropped
