rushing a fraternity

A helpful note to all potential frat rushees.
Dsig (Delta Sigma Phi): They lost their house this year and rumor has it that they either will be taking Sigma Nu's house next to the Cuarto freshmen dorms or will be operating out of satellite houses (regular houses rented out by members of the fraternity). These guys are pretty chill and can be spotted wearing their typical Hawaiian shirts. Rush more selective. Good sorority relations with DG and APhi.
Theta Chi: On Russell Blvd. their house is red and white. Their house is somewhat cool inside, but these guys are your typical joke fraternity. They recruit almost anybody that rushes so you're basically guaranteed a bid. Goobers. Will rush anybody. Weak sorority relations all around.
Pi Kappa Alpha (Pike): On Russell Blvd. also, but next to the turquoise Islamic center. These guys are your typical animal house frat with a more selective rush. They have a nice backyard. Good sorority relations with Alpha Phi.
Sigma Chi: Across from Dsig's old house and next to Theta. These guys are joked on by the Greek community to have created an elitist attitude due to both their overeager involvement in philanthropies in hopes of appearing good in front of the IFC (interfraternity council). Will rush if wearing sperrys.
TKE (Tau Kappa Epsilon): Nearby Dsig's old house and Sigma Chi. These guys will try to trick you into thinking that they're dope af since they have open parties.

AGR (Alpha Gamma Rho): Located very far from campus (all the way up Sycamore near Covell) The agricultural frat. Can be spotted wearing cowboy boots and flannels.
Chi Phi: Located on Russell Blvd. Lower middle tier fraternity hoping to make a big name by throwing money on big open parties, weak brotherhood. Will rush most people.

The bias from this poster is hilariously obvious. Clearly a Theta Xi hating on Sigma Chi and Zeta Psi. I like how this poster called Zeta Psi middle tier with no mention of their sorority relations. These guys have some of the most chill relations with sororities. Also no mention of Sigma Chi and their good sorority relations, even if they are elitist which they have shown to back up in the past. and WHATTTTT Theta Xi is close with Delta Gamma??? Said no one ever. Especially when the guys there are known to have lets just say do some unethical things to girls in the past
