No I think you're actually right. But I'd have Delta Sig/ Sig Chi as one tier. Delta sig is more laid back and chill then sigma chi, but they are also losing their house, have bad brotherhood and no philanthropies. Their chill to pull ratio is enough to make up for that, but not to be on top by themselves or ahead of Sig Chi

No there is a difference. While all the top houses are different, Delta Sig and Sig Chi have pulled out ahead. Unless you're a freshman Aphi or a few groupies from each house... No one likes Pike anymore. They have nothing going for them, not even respect for each other or wowen.
While Delta Sig and Sig Chi are complete opposites of each other. Literally nothing is similar except how much girls like both houses.

All of the top 3 have their strengths and weaknesses. But I think it's clear that Sigma Chi is the most well rounded fraternity at Davis in terms of looks/social, philo, and brotherhood.

Lol not really. People may have different feelings about the top 3, but the frats in the top 3 are not in question. It's clear that delta sig,
Sigma chi and pike are the top 3 frats. From there girls have their own preferance

Also SAE is Zete. Former SAE's are in Zete and there are old SAE tables at " Zete" houses
