why does a top house like aphi do spring recruitme

But mid houses like kappa or tri delt don't do spring? is it cuz they need the girls? the looks? just curious

some are required to do informal recruiting because their totals are low. some are at their totals- so won't. it often depends on how many grads/drops there are going on at any given time and how high/low their numbers are at the moment.

sororities do spring recruitment when they have a lot of girls drop and can't fill their quotas.

Houses do spring recruitment when they didn't fill quota because so many girls either dropped or deactivated. The fact that a phi has to do spring recruitment every year says a lot...
