there is no top 4. there is a top 3. and a significant drop off to kappa/axo/whatever. that's like theta chi and sigma nu fighting for who is better...lol who cares

axo is still battling tri delt for 5th... they should settle that first before even thinking about top 4

I think "trying" is the key word here. Top houses don't have to continuously try to maintain top house status by downranking the houses beneath them. Plus, girls going through recruitment don't want to join catty, dramatic houses, and with AXO's recent display of blatant and obvious downranking, not only toward Kappa but also toward other top houses, I think it puts them in the category of houses girls wouldn't want to join based on their behavior alone. Maybe trying to gain top house status by improving yourselves instead of trying to take down others would be more effective.

LOL @ Kappa so desperate to try to hang on to the "top" status that they once had a few years ago that they feel the need to bash AXO (and even tri delt) as they catch up to Kappa. My freshmen year, the top four were practically interchangeable but Kappa has fallen hard. Your last two pledge classes haven't been great and your house doesn't do anything to warrant a "top" house label that you believe you're entitled to have; your past reputation only gets you so far.

I don't know why I even go on greekrank anymore. Everything on here is so negative. Like yeah there may be a few try hards in axo but honestly there are try hards in every sorority. As corny as this may sound, as members of the greek community and a college campus in general we should be supportive of all greek members no matter the chapter instead of bashing each other. Stop focusing on tiers or top four. This is why people have negative stereotypes about greek life. We are better than this.

I don't even know why I am on this site, but this thread makes me sick. Who really even cares about precise placement in a "rank" of "top four?" I know that's weird to say on a Greek rank site, but still. A lot of the girls had a choice about which of those houses they wanted to join, but chose their house based on the personalities of the girls. There will always be pretty girls... who cares what house they're from if they're nice, cute, and fun individuals?
I've been having issues with Greek recently because a girl is herself before she is her sorority.
