So I went through formal recruitment this year but ended up withdrawing halfway through. Any hope for informal rush? Or is formal the only way to go?

A lot of houses do informal but only take a couple members! Its a great way to join if you know what you want

Oh okay that does help! Does informal usually just happen in Spring or is Winter a viable option as well?

winter and spring are both viable. keep your eyes open for rush events at the beginning of each quarter and ask around.
