There are definitely tiers to both sorority and fraternity rankings at Davis. The hottest girls only party with certain frats, the same frats get the most sought after guys every year, same with the ladies.
Top: DG, APhi, PiPhi, Kappa (everyone has their own order based on relations)
Middle: Tridelt, AChio
Bottom: Everyone else
Top: Pike (douchiest) Sig Chi(frattiest) Dsig(chillest)
Middle: Theta Xi, AePi, Zeta Psi
Bottom: Nobody else matters unless Sigep comes back as something else

I would put Pi Phi and Kappa between your top and middle tiers, as it seems to me like there is too much of a disparity to lump four houses together.
Also, I don't think DSig belongs in the top tier for frats. Getting a new house definitely gives them some potential to grow, but they need to consistently get great pledge classes before they can consider themselves top tier. As it is, I'd say they're still recovering from losing their spot at parkway circle several years ago.
Other than that, this list is accurate.

i think they lumped the four together because in terms of exchanges they all party with the same frats they think are top/have joint exchanges with each other and don't leave room to include other frats/sororities...
