parkway circle frat house

Now that Sigep has been thoroughly shafted and tossed out of their house, who is going to replace them in that sweet location next year? Only frats I can think of in need of a house are Zeta Psi and Delta Sig. Back to the top for whoever pulls that off.

Nice try to the both of you. A good location is something a legit fraternity house should have but does not automatically make a fraternity a top house. If that were the case, theta chi would be THE top house right now along with pike instead of a middle/lower middle tier fraternity.

Zeta Psi is taking D Sig's house by Tridelt and D Sig got kicked out of frat circle a couple of years ago so no way they'd be able to move there so it'll be a rando frat there.

SigEp isn't actually kicked out. 10 of their guys will be living at the the house and the other half will be rented out to another org

real fraternities keep their houses for years and years on end.

It might be true. This musical chairs happens as a result of virtually no alumni backing whatsoever for most frats at Davis--something that would and does prevent all this instability at most bigger greeklife schools.

@ha Traditionally low tiered houses like Theta Chi and Chi Phi are the only ones that keep houses. Xi is an exception.
