3. aphi

Mid tier:
4. kkg
5. axo
6. tri delt

Bottom tier:
7. adpi
8. theta
9. chi o

1 and 2 are probably interchangeable, but the top 3 are the same top 3 almost every year, it just changes based on each year's new PC, but the reputations and prestige of the top 3 keep them up there consistently. Same thing with the bottom 3.
