(These three are very involved, no sorority has a problem with them, often exchange w top 5 sororities)
PIKE
Zete
(Listen, a lot of their brothers are cool, but they’re not as involved and the fact that certain sororities refuse to throw with them says a lot. Pike getting better though)
AEPI / Chi Phi
(AEPI throws frequently, not the best house location, Chi phi on the rise, call it the Phoenix effect Ig)
PhiDelt, Asig, FIJI, Pikapp, AGR
(You could subdivide these in different tiers, I wouldn’t know how. Ig they all try their best at throwing and putting themselves out there, but are not very successful at it)
Sigep TKE
(Haven’t heard much of either tbh)
Theta Xi
(Can’t wait to thrash their new house)
Srats
DG/Piphi
(Very involved, best looking girls who are fun to hang out with. At this point Piphi has taken over Aphi, RIP)
Aphi
(Declining, a lot of their members dropped. Sad but true)
KKG, Tridelt
(KKG still a lil better than tridelt, but at this point they can be considered on the same level. Very involved too, some of their members are a lil weird tho)
AXO
(Cool girls, not as involved as the other two and don’t throw w frats as often. Some of their members are a lil weird too)

Lots of variables could jeopardize how a house is ranked over the years. Mismanagement, violations, culture. It all depends.

Many wouldn’t consider Theta Chi top either. I’d say snu and Theta Chi are more lower top. Both of these fraternities have put themselves out there in different ways, but successfully. One throws more exchanges the other more opens.
